Laser Processing

Punching
Do you want to cut simple, geometric figures from a sheet surface?
Then CNC punching is one of the fastest and cheapest techniques.
Bending
Bending and rolling, tube bending, profile rolling.
With our press brake we shape metal sheets up to 4m long and 2m wide with a thickness of 25mm.
Welding
MIG welding steel, stainless steel.
TIG welding thin steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Spot welding sheet metal up to 6mm. Stud welds from M3 to M12 nuts on a plate.
Machining
Machining: sawing, milling, turning and tapping.
We have every machine available for sawing profiles, milling, turning sheet metal parts or tapping screw threads.
Painting
Painting, powder coating of a steel or aluminum surface.
wet painting for larger metal structures.Steel blasting as pre-treatment.
Finishing
Sanding burrs in a drum machine with ceramic grains.
Polishing with our sanding and polishing machine and bead blasting of stainless steel.
Assembly
