Profile bending: the reshaping of metal pipes and profiles

With profile bending, we shape metal profiles into the desired form, without inflicting deformation in the profile itself.

We do this with a CNC controlled profile bending machine. Through rolls and moulds in which the pipe or the profile is clasped, the products are reshaped to measure, under permanent control of a laser eye.

Profile bending can be applied on thin pipe work or profiles, and very complex forms can be processed.

Profile bending is ideal for the ultra accurate shaping of complex pieces thanks to the constant measuring during the process.
