Bead blasting of stainless steel

Through bead blasting, stainless steel welds and complete stainless steel pieces are polished to perfection.

During bead blasting, we use fine glass beads in the automatic bead blasting machine.

Bead blasting is particularly suitable to optically rework surface defects (damages, faulty welds, superficial scratches). The result after bead blasting is a more matte finish with always a bigger roughness than the original surface condition (cold rolled – grinded…)
